TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Insurance:
CampusCrusie does not provide travel insurance for participants.
We highly recommend all participants to have their own travel insurance covering all possible travel issues.
As a travel guarantee, CampusCrusie is in collaboration with a reputable Guarantee Fund. In the event of bankruptcy or similar circumstances, all participants are entitled to a refund and the preservation of their rights.

Baggage Allowance:
Each participant is allowed one piece of hand luggage and one checked luggage.
Hand luggage dimensions should not exceed 40cm x 30cm x 10cm and weight limit is 5kg.
For trips lasting 2-3 days, the luggage allowance is one piece of checked luggage weighing up to 20kg, in addition to the hand luggage.
Luggage stored in the bus trunk will only be accessible upon arrival at our destinations. Participants are advised not to access their luggage during the trip to avoid complications and damages.
While participants may leave belongings on the bus, valuable items such as passports, documents, electronics, and perfumes should be kept with the participants at all times. CampusCrusie is not liable for any issues related to forgotten or damaged items.
Prohibited items include animals, dangerous goods, and illegal possessions. Participants are solely responsible for any consequences of carrying such items.

Cancellation Policy:
Discounted fares, promotional fares, sale fares, and package deals are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Vouchers and gift certificates are non-refundable.
Ticket transfer is possible with a change fee depending on the type of trip.
Subject to availability, changes in departure city are allowed with payment of fare difference and change fee.
Two refund options are available: voucher refund or money refund, subject to terms and conditions.
Cancellation of a trip booking is irreversible, with specific cancellation and refund policies based on the number of days before departure.

Weather, Environmental, and Political Conditions:
CampusCrusie is not liable for changes due to environmental conditions. Participants do not have the right to cancel trips based on weather conditions.
The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to customs issues, terrorist acts, or other political factors.
Delays caused by traffic jams, mechanical breakdowns, or other voyage-related conditions are beyond our control.

Voucher Certificates:
Vouchers offered by CampusCrusie can be used for multiple purchases and are linked to participants’ email IDs. However, they are non-transferable and non-refundable.
The validity of vouchers may vary, with the effective validity stated on the voucher.
Only one voucher certificate can be redeemed per transaction and cannot be used in combination with other promotions.

Introduction:
This terms and conditions section applies to all services, packages, and sales offered by CampusCrusie in accordance with relevant laws.
Booking is completed through the CampusCrusie website, and confirmation of reservation constitutes a valid contract between the participant and CampusCrusie.

Payment Instructions:
Participants must complete full payments using methods provided by CampusCrusie to secure their seats.
All payments must be made in Euros, and any transfer fees are the responsibility of the participants.
Early registration and payment are recommended to ensure seat availability.

Extra Activities:
Participants have the option to join additional activities announced by CampusCrusie, such as boat parties or pub crawls, which are not included in the total trip price.
Activities are run by local firms, and participants must adhere to the terms and conditions of those firms.
Cancellations of activities must be made within a specified time frame for refunds.

Passenger Responsibilities:
Participants are responsible for carrying necessary documents such as passports, visas, and travel insurance throughout the trip.
Compliance with meeting points and times, as well as following announcements by CampusCrusie coordinators, is required.
Participants must adhere to regulations specified in the terms and conditions, as well as laws and customs regulations of visited countries.

Tour Description:
CampusCrusie provides round-trip services with comfortable transportation and accommodation for multi-day trips.
– Accommodation arrangements are made based on availability and room requests.
– CampusCrusie reserves the right to change or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances, with full refunds provided in such cases.
– A knowledgeable team leader accompanies each trip to provide assistance and information to participants.

Conclusion:
By participating in CampusCrusie trips, participants agree to have their photos taken for promotional purposes unless they opt out.
CampusCrusie does not provide travel insurance but highly recommends participants to have one for their own protection and peace of mind.
In the event of changes in departure cities or trip cancellations, participants will be promptly informed and provided with suitable alternatives or refunds.
